Terms and Conditions

  1. Orders can be placed via website, email, text messages or whatsapp. We will process your order promptly and efficiently. In the event that a product is not in stock, we will ship another products on your order and only bill you for the products shipped and the associated shipping cost.
  2. Payment must be received within the agreed term into our nominated bank account or by authorised credit card.
  3. Title to the products supplied is retained by us and will pass to the purchaser only at such time when the payment for the products is received in full.
  4. Continuous failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions will result in your account being terminated.

Return Policy

  • Please notify us of any faulty items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned within 3 months in exchange for replacement or credit.
  • No returns for item that has been used, worn or washed.
  • No returns for change of mind or excessive order by negligence.
  • If stocks were ordered at buyer's error, a restocking fee of 10% of item cost is incurred by buyer upon stock return.
